Call for Papers
The Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development (BREAD) is
pleased to announce the 14th BREAD conference will be hosted by the
University of Chicago on Friday September 26 - Saturday September 27,
2008. You are invited to submit a paper for the conference. The deadline
for submissions is July 27, 2008. Please submit your papers by sending
an email with your paper as an attachment to BREAD.Conf@gmail.com.
All papers presented at the conference will be selected through this open
submissions process. Please note that we will have time for only a very
small number of presentations. The conference lasts about a day and a
half, there are no parallel sessions, and we allow ample time for
discussion of the research. The program will be chosen by Marianne
Bertrand and Chang-Tai Hsieh.
For all enquiries about registration, travel and accommodation, please
send an email to Christine at BREAD@duke.edu.
